1. Click the decision tool located at the top of the design menu.

2. Click and drag the tool of decision to the location you want to add it.

3. Click the dropdown at the sidebar.

4. Choose the “simple” option.

5. Write the question in the text field.

6. Set your non compliance.

7. If you want to ignore the non compliance in this question, mark the checkbox.

8. Choose which connector you want to attach to this question.
