1. Choose the “activity” tool.

2. Click and drag it to the flow.

3. Click once in the activity.

5. Choose the email option.

6. Click in apply.

7. Add a valid email address at the receiver field.

8. Add a subject at the subject field.

9. Add the message you want.

10. Select the checkbox  .
