1. Choose the activity tool.

2. Click and drag it to the flow.

3. Click once in the activity.

4. In the dropdown at the right side of the designer, click on  

5. Choose the email option.

6. Add at the “receiver” field a valid email address.

7. Add in the “subject” field, a subject for the e-mail.

8. Add the message that you want to send.

9. In case you want to add the task results so far, click on the checkbox  .

10. Click in the apply button.
