1. Choose the activity tool.

2. Click and drag to the flow.

3. Click once in the activity.

4. On the right side of the designer click in  .

5. Choose the option notes.

6. Click in “configurations” and choose what type of insertion will be allowed and the number of characters.

7. Add instructions for the executor, so he knows what is to be done.

8. Click in the apply button.
