Adding team members

Depending on security configurations: Only administrators will be able to invite new team mates to join your team on Visto.

1. Click the settings button in the sidebar.

2. In the users tab, click the “add users” button.

3. Fill the required user data.

4. Select the work schedule of this user.

5. Choose the new user’s role.

6. Choose wich teams the user is on.

7. Click in register.

8. If you invite someone to sign up on Visto, the user will not see everything automatically in his account. It is required to share tasks with new user so they can see specific tasks.
