1. Click the decision tool located on the top menu of the designer.

2. Click and drag the decision tool to the location you want to add it to.

 3. Click the sidebar dropdown

4. Choose the option “Group Forwarding”

5. Click Edit to add the groups as options for targeting.

6. Check the groups you want to place as an option.

7. Click the apply button.
